    Make a Referral

    For corporate accounts, occupational health teams, GPs and clinicians referring patients into Bluebell Physiotherapy.

    1. Confirm consent — patient must consent to referral and information sharing.
    2. Email the referral to referrals@bluebellphysio.co.uk with: patient name, DOB, contact, presenting complaint, relevant history, and your contact details.
    3. We contact the patient within one working day to arrange a fast-tracked appointment.
    4. Written report returns to you within 48 hours of the assessment.
