Name, contact details, date of birth, GP details, presenting complaint, medical history, treatment notes, payment/insurance information, and appointment records.

How we use it

To deliver and document your care, communicate with you about appointments, invoice you or your insurer, and meet our legal/professional obligations as registered healthcare providers.

Who we share it with

Only with your consent, or where required by law. Common examples: your insurer (for invoicing), your GP or consultant (for clinical handover), and regulators in the event of a complaint.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, restrict or request deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal record-keeping obligations (clinical records are typically retained for 8 years).
