Domiciliary Home Visit Physiotherapy
Domiciliary physiotherapy — clinic-grade care delivered in your home — is the right setting for a specific group of patients: post-operative, post-falls, frail elderly, or anyone for whom getting to clinic genuinely isn't realistic. Done well, it delivers a better assessment than clinic ever could because the environment is the real one.
Who genuinely benefits
Recent hip or knee replacements before they can drive, post-stroke patients adapting to their actual living environment, falls-prevention assessments, palliative comfort work, and severely deconditioned patients restoring basic function.
What's different about home assessment
We assess your actual stairs, your actual bed transfer, your actual kitchen reach. The plan you leave with is grounded in the environment you'll live it in — not a clinic abstraction. Family or carers can join the session so handover is real.
Coverage and logistics
Across the Medway towns, Maidstone, Tonbridge & Malling and most of mid-Kent. First visit runs 75–90 minutes. Higher fee than clinic appointments — travel and setup costs more — but for the right patient it's transformatively better.
